1. Order Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We may cancel any order in case of fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incomplete details.

• Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment until verification is complete.

2. Product Information

• All bags are crafted in our facility with 25 years of expertise.

• Product images and descriptions are accurate to our best knowledge; minor variations may occur due to handcrafted nature or screen differences.

• Items marked “Made in Our Factory” are produced by us; others are sourced from trusted partners.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing.

• Payments accepted via cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and COD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Pan-India delivery:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 days

  • Other cities: 5–7 days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 days

• Free shipping above ₹500; below ₹500, shipping applies.

• Tracking details shared via SMS/email.

• We are not liable for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Quality & Returns

• No returns for non-defective products (e.g., color/size change or personal preference).

• Every product undergoes a 12-rigorous quality check.

• Manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours (with photo proof) will be replaced free of cost.

• Damages from misuse or normal wear are not covered.

• Refer to our Return Policy for full details.

6. Pre-Purchase Support

• Review product details, sizes, and specs before ordering.

• Assistance available via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-store.

7. Offers & Promotions

• Offers and coupon codes are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated.

• We may modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.

8. User Accounts

• Account creation is optional but enables faster checkout and tracking.

• Keep login details confidential.

• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

14. Dispute Resolution
